Initially, I thought our response was poor from the postcard. I knew some of the initial service calls we had received eventually turned into system upgrades/replacements, so I ran a report and found we only received 10 calls from the postcards. All 10 calls were converted to service calls of some type. I do not think this was a very good response. But: At this time those 10 customer have generated $36,470.00 gross, in service and replacement work. I am thinking I should have gotten a lot more than 10 calls, but $36,470.00 sounds pretty good!
