Your Mission

Your mission as the Postage Collector is to meet our 1pm deadline of collecting all postage for that day and making sure the mailings are passed along to our Mailing List Processors correctly.You will also be making follow-up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or anyone that has future mailings that they are sending out.

Specific Duties Include

Being in direct communication with our customers and taking payments via phone, email, or our website.
Being friendly and service-oriented.
Communicating with CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives) when necessary.

Work Hours

This is a full-time office position.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Compensation

Pay is $16.00/hr. to start.

Requirements

Amazing customer service skills. Very friendly and professional.
Basic computer skills.
Able to take instructions and duplicate them as given.
Composure under pressure with any deadlines or quotas.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Drug & Nicotine Free Workplace
