Your Mission

To “WOW!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns running smoothly. You will be the customer’s main point of contact after they purchase their order through completion. This includes serving as the liaison between the customer and our design team, mailing list experts, and printing and mailing departments.This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking, decision-making, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Campaign Coordinators are responsible for ensuring client deadlines are met while delivering exceptional service and a positive customer experience.Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.

Work Hours

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Compensation

• Paid training
• $19.50/hour to start
• $20.50/hour after successful completion of training and a favorable performance review
• Monthly bonus opportunity of up to $400 after 3–6 months

Requirements

• Pleasantly communicate with customers by phone, email, and live chat
• Navigate company computer and email systems after training
• Accurately follow customer written and verbal instructions
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed
• Maintain composure and professionalism under tight deadlines or pressure
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability in serving both customers and the company
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2–5 years of customer service experience
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Positive attitude that contributes to an excellent customer and team experience
