Your Mission

To “WOW!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaigns
running smoothly. You will serve as the customer’s main point of
contact after they purchase their order through completion.This includes acting as the liaison between the customer and our
design team, mailing list experts, and printing and mailing teams.
This fast-paced role requires strong multitasking, decision-making,
organization, and attention to detail to ensure client deadlines
are consistently met.Ultimately, we strive to deliver flawless, 5-star customer service.

Work Hours

• Full-time, in-office position
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch

Compensation

• Paid training
• $19.50/hour to start
• Increase to $20.50/hour after successful training completion
  and favorable performance review
• Monthly bonus opportunities up to $400 after 3–6 months

Requirements

• Pleasantly communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Navigate company computer and email systems effectively after training
• Accurately follow customers’ written and verbal instructions
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Multitask efficiently and stay organized under pressure
• Provide coverage and support for other department areas as needed
• Maintain composure and professionalism during tight deadlines
• Demonstrate reliability and responsibility in all tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Other Requirements

• 2–5 years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM with speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
• Positive attitude that contributes to both customer satisfaction and team morale
