Your Mission
Our List Processors are tasked with taking the client’s instructions about their mailing list, processing it (using software) through a series of steps to ensure accuracy and then handing the mailing list over to our Delivery department so they can prepare and deliver the mail to the Post Office. You are making sure that the client’s instructions regarding their mailing list are carried out correctly.
Schedule
- This is a full-time in office position
- Schedule can be Monday through Friday 9am – 6pm
Pay
Based on experience
Specific Duties Include
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Excel
- Reading, understanding and duplicating mailing list instructions to correctly order the lists
- 3-6 month training period on all processes
- Helping our customers achieve their marketing goals
Requirements
- Comfortable and speedy using Excel
- Basic Knowledge of other Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.
- Detail Oriented is a MUST
- Composure under pressure and with any deadlines and quotas
- Upbeat attitude – we want someone who gets along well with others and is a team player!
- Reliable and responsible
- And other duties as assigned

Drug & Nicotine Free Workplace
