Design:

This website has a unique visual appeal. They chose to keep the site black and white (for the most part) with the exception of red and gold accents, which are the colors in their logo. This design concept makes their branding colors really jump off the screen. The site is very engaging because of this unusual visual design choice.

Marketing:

Here are my Top 3 Marketing Strategies for this site…

1) Great Banner Image – The banner image is key to getting site visitors’ attention and reinforcing the marketing on the page. Their rotating banner images are all great.

2) Contact Us on Homepage – Contact information is critical to generating leads. This company puts their address, phone number and a link to their Facebook page on their homepage. It features the information right up front, which makes it easier for them to generate leads.

3) Coverage Area – Ambulance service companies have service areas, a certain radius around their headquarters where their ambulances can travel. This is critical information for prospective clients, so it’s great that they show a visual of their coverage map to make it very clear for browsing prospects.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

SEO is the practice of optimizing the copy on your website so that search engines can understand what your website is about and how they should rank it for particular keywords. This website is optimized for keywords like “ambulance service” and “medical transportation services.” These keywords will put their website in the search results of quality prospective clients for their business.

Copywriting:

The copy on this site is concise and very clear. It also has a warm and caring tone, which shows a passion for their corporate mission. It’s important for prospective patients of the medical industry to feel that the company they are investigating cares about their patients and are passionate about helping them. You definitely get that feeling from Trust Ambulance’s copy.

Programming:

The programming on this site was undetectable, which is kind of the point. You want programming to simply work without distracting site visitors. This site’s programming was seamless.
