  • The division of labor is ultra specific so everyone who you work with is an expert in their field. They call you which makes you feel like they are taking the best care of YOU personally. Oh, and the quality of work is excellent. So killer customer service and killer product. Don’t know if it’s for real, but employees seem to genuinely like their job which says a lot about the company.
