  • I will say Conner, Ariel and Emily are the most responsive. They follow up with me throughout the entire process to ensure that all the post cards met the requirements of my managers.
  • The account team has been very professional and personable. The have patiently answered all of my questions (there have been many) while helping me work through this first time using a mailing service. All communications have been clear and responsive. If this level of service continues, I have no need to look elsewhere.

Potential customer get the postcards then get online ads. The best suggestion they made was from Jennifer Taylor who suggested a pop-up ad on our website that allows you to capture emails. This has been invaluable as people don't call the office as much these days. I have got 40 new emails this month and about 7 to 8 new customers. The marketing but paid for itself.
