The Situation

Stacy Williams is a real estate agent with The Memphis Luxury Group, Kaizen Realty located in Germantown, TN. When she started out in the real estate industry, she tried various types of marketing including Zillow leads. However, she said Zillow leads did not work for her at all.

For the first 3-4 months, Stacy did not get any clients, but by month 5, she received the biggest listing ever in her career. She listed a $1.9 million dollar home, which brought in about $70,000 in revenue. Shortly after, she received another lead and converted them. Stacy expects to make between $25,000 and $45,000 from this second listing.
