Gorczyca Orthodontics is an orthodontic office located in Antioch, CA. They were looking for a creative way to let nearby children know about their services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

They decided on PostcardMania’s Everywhere Small Business product to target parents, which combined direct mail postcards with matching digital ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram.

Gorczyca Orthodontics’s postcard design included:

  • Pictures of people with beautiful, straight smiles
  • Several money-saving offers
  • A bulleted list of offered products

Because Gorczyca Orthodontics specializes in fixing smiles and children often need help correcting theirs, they needed to target homes with children. So, they used a mailing list of homes nearby with young children whose parents are in a certain income bracket to ensure their parents could afford braces.

The Results

Since starting with PostcardMania, they have seen a 212% increase in patients!

So far, they have experienced a 212% increase in overall patients!

Gorczyca Orthodontics said June was the best month they has ever had with 33 new exams. Also, the day after her Everywhere Small Business ads went live, she got 1 new patient from an Instagram ad. She has never advertised on Instagram in her life so she knows this was from us! She also says she is already up over last year in total sales and has seen a 212% boost in her overall new patients since starting with PCM in the beginning of 2020!
