The Situation
Tom Maggs started doing lawn and landscaping jobs as a kid and stuck with it throughout middle and high school. He opened his own landscaping business, Maggs Lawn and Landscape, in 2019 in Schenectady, NY. He wanted to increase his annual revenue by getting more regular lawn service jobs, so he started researching different marketing methods.

- Photos of beautiful landscapes to attract the prospect

Maggs Lawn and Landscape mailed 5,000 postcards to a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted specific neighborhoods that would generate more revenue.
The Results
They generated $40,000 in revenue!
As a result of this campaign, they received 15-20 responses and converted about 20% of them. Overall, they made $40,000 in revenue and achieved an ROI of 1,100%.
