The Situation

Precision Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is a dental practice located in Reston, VA. The owner, Dr. Lan Tran, needed to rebrand the practice and bring in more patients, so he reached out to PostcardMania for assistance with his marketing plan.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • 5 offers on the front of the card
  • A positive five-star review from a satisfied patient
  • Professional and friendly photos of the lead dentists to build trust with the recipient
  • A map on the back of the card, showing the prospect where the dental office is located
  • A list of services

Precision Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry mailed 6,000 postcards to a consumer mailing list that targeted local residents making $80,000 or more a year with children in the home. They also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that combines direct mail with matching digital ads on Google. The digital ads targeted the same types of prospects as the postcards did, helping local residents remember their dental services.

The Google ads made 1,733,293 impressions and they were clicked on 8,612 times.

The Results

They generated $42,000!

As a result, 15 people responded and they converted 7 of them to new patients, which generated $42,000 in revenue.
