Curb Appeal Solutions is a soft washing company located in Greer, SC. They needed a way to let prospects know about their cleaning services and special offers, so they reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6.25 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • A list of services on the front of the card
  • An eye-grabbing headline that entices the recipient to look at the back of the card
  • Two offers of free exterior window cleaning and 25% off a purchase of 3 or more services
  • Before and after photos of a home they cleaned to show the prospect can trust them
  • Two five-star reviews with a five-star guarantee

Curb Appeal Solutions mailed a total of 5,000 postcards broken up over 3 mailings in the months of September, October, and November. They mailed via Every Door Direct Mail which targets local homeowners who might need their cleaning services. The postcards were mailed out according to certain zip codes.

The Results

They received 10 responses and generated $80,000 in revenue!

After the mailings, Curb Appeal Solutions heard back from 10 people, they converted 8 and made $80,000 in revenue! They spent $1,424 on the 8,000 postcards, so their return on investment amounts to 5,517%.
