The Situation

Delta HVACR Services is a heating and cooling expert in Westfield, MA. When they started to look into advertising plans, they worked with a company that ran social media ads, but they didn’t achieve very good results with them.

Then after reading online reviews about PostcardMania, they decided to reach out and start a marketing plan.

 

The Solution

Delta HVACR Services launched an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included direct mail and matching digital ads on Gmail, Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

First, PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • A QR code that when scanned goes to their website
  • Offers for 4 different rebates
  • A list of benefits on the back of the card
  • A five-star review from a happy customer

Since launching this campaign with PostcardMania, Delta HVACR Services have mailed over 55,000 postcards to a consumer mailing list that targeted local homeowners with average incomes of $75,000 a year with homes valued at $250,000. Simultaneously, the digital ads were being shown online in order to remind the prospects receiving the postcard to call them for a service.

They also ran a Website to Mailbox campaign that targeted their website visitors with postcards. During that campaign, 1,000 postcards were mailed within 24-48 hours of the website visit by prospects.

The Results

They made $285,000 in revenue!

As a result, they were able to generate over $285,000 in revenue and more than a 450% ROI.
