Your Mission

Our VP Sales has been with PostcardMania for 22 years! We are looking for the perfect person as her Executive Assistant. Among the many things that she needs help with are some medium and large-scale projects, some every day admin tasks, organizing, implementing new processes and helping with personal errands.We are looking for someone that is a self-starter and can help keep extra traffic off of her plate. She is looking for the right person to help her manage a large portion of our company We are looking for that awesome someone who wants to grow with the company.

Pay & Schedule

$18/ hour to start
This a full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 9-6 pm with an hour for lunch.

Requirements

Fast learner
Positive attitude, self-starter and strong ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively
High duplication
Not afraid to ask questions so as to achieve a full understanding of a project/task
High level of communication, no back off on talking to customers or other staff
Knowledge of computers, including working confidently with Word, Excel and PowerPoint a plus
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Executes planning effectively, not afraid to follow up to gain compliance to executive orders
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
