Your Mission

We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to work toward client
recovery and retention. A high care factor for clients is very important, with the ability
to review detailed notes and research our internal system to help our clients achieve a
positive outcome. At PostcardMania, we help small and medium-sized businesses get the
marketing tools they need to succeed and attract more customers.

Specific Duties Include

Investigating issues and upsets to determine how to prevent them in the future.
Analyzing data to identify patterns and prevent future issues.
Speaking with clients who may be upset or need additional support to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborating with sales reps to maximize client retention and deliver top-tier service.
Writing action plans to address recurring issues and recommend policy changes.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, with an hour lunch break each day.
