We mail our own list of approximately 4,000 customers. Of those, we usually end up setting appointments with about 8-10 percent. In revenue on just the service call that amounts to approximately $30,000.00. That is not counting any ancillaries such as humidifier pads, filters, etc. I've been quite satisfied with PostcardMania. The people that handle my order are really good at their jobs and stay on top of it until it's ready to mail. That's the biggest reason I use PostcardMania to handle my mailings. I also think that the pricing is very competitive and I will continue to use PostcardMania.

This campaign had tremendous immediate results -- within one week we had received 10-15 calls from their postcards! On average, every 5,000-card campaign brings in about $20,000 in business!

We had great success with our first mailing and we are at almost full capacity!

Lee is doing a spectacular job working on our site. He is responsive, creative, and very patient. Keep him as long as you can-- I almost pulled out our website design to use another company-- but Lee has been so great, I decided to stay. Just wanted you guys to know.

MyBackOffice had a wonderful experience with our team of Laura, Samantha, Bethany, and Scott. The design process was smooth even with a few edits and I believe that's a testament to the comprehensive design survey and follow up on small details like artwork, etc. When we would suggest a change, it always back to us quickly and exactly what we asked for. Samantha's help with the list and her suggestions on refining it were spot on. She too was super speedy with responses and she was a wealth of info. I would imagine her to be a top employee. Hang onto her! While Bethany and Scott played a lesser role, their communications were no less timely and always friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, I really felt the whole team at PM was on our side. I felt supported and important even though our job was surely not large by any standard. Please share my feedback with my PM team
