Everyone I dealt with there was awesome, especially Angel. it's obvious the company really focuses on customer service.

They are wonderful to work with. We have been using Postcardmania since 2014 and every mailing has brought us new repeat customers. Recently we've been working with Mikayla M. and she's been on point with her customer service.

Overall I enjoyed Carly and Mikayla for helping me with the overall process and being communicative and responsive to all my questions. Carly has been a pleasure to work with. She's super responsive and I enjoyed her demeanor through the phone. Mikayla has been great as well. She's honest and really sets the tone for the campaign. Ashley was great as well, she took care of my concerns in a timely manner and communicated among the team without me asking. I liked the fact that you use data and research for the success of the company and that you specialize in a sense with dental providers!

I get great mailing lists from here. Very low return rate for my mailings. Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been incredibly nice and they “LISTEN”!! On top of that, each one has been very understanding and helpful with my considerably lackluster knowledge of computers. A big thank you for that! I’m sure I am a very small account for them but I have always been treated with dignity and respect. I feel like a VIP!

I've had a very positive experience. Jackie, the marketing director provides great insight. Josh A has provided excellent customer service and is very good at what he does. Postcardmania has been very effective in loading up the workshops, which has been the intention of the campaigns Postcardmania has helped spearhead!

Customer service is top notch! You guys are great! Employees are on top of everything, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, funny. A joy to work with! Receptionists-same thing... responsive, friendly, fun, and funny. They knew who i was when i called even if I hadn't spoken to them yet. Very professional. Sales rep-she rocks! Same thing here too, knowledgeable, funny, courteous, quick. The feedback I got on the design I supplied was extremely valuable. Great work!

I enjoyed the transparency in my first conversation with my rep - What is the program? What is the cost? Options etc. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the postcard, the ease of the process and the price for production + mailing. Will definitely recommend. I really appreciate the team that I worked with along the way! They were amazing! Great teamwork!
