I'm very satisfied with the customer service , every time I as for them to call me back they did. They keep me up dated on everyr. Even though I know K.Bartow is very busy she always find to to call when I ask her to. And Hailey Acebo is just wonderful it's times when she wakes m e up in the morning working in my project and she will say we will have your changes done in one business day , no she have the changes done before that business day is over. I used the service years ago, I thought my phone would have been jumping off of the hook, I did reach allot of customers, however, I started receiving post cards back saying undeliverable because they were sent to vacant homes, now I just received a promotion from them again, I am kind of skeptical to try but I guess if I reach 10 customers that actually want to get some repairs or install new units, it will pay for itself. Wishing for the best.
