Trucare Home Care Services offers in-home senior care services in Norristown, PA. The needed to bring in more clients, so they came to PostcardMania for marketing help.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 postcard that included the following features:

  • A list of benefits that include 24/7 live operators, monthly check-in calls and more
  • Appealing pictures of in-home senior caregivers and their clients
  • Award badges displayed on the front of the postcard in order to encourage the recipient to trust the company
  • A duplication of the message on the back of the card in Spanish so that more recipients in the area can read it

TruCare Home Care mailed 30,000 postcards to residents in their area. They used a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted homes in the local area and residents with a median income of $30,000 or less.

The Results

5 people responded, 4 became clients, and TruCare made $40,000 in revenue!
