Magnolia Terrace received 15 responses since mailing and about 50% of those are very qualified to become potential residents.

It’s a long process to get the tenants moved in, however the cost of rent is $9,600 a month for a 2-person move in. With an average stay of 2 years, the total lifetime value is $230,400 per new resident. If just one of those qualified leads moves in, their campaign ROI will be exponential!
