The Situation is a real estate company located in Valpariso, IN. They needed to bring in more Northwest Indiana clients interested in selling their properties, so they came to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 12 inches postcard that included the following features:

  • Offer for low real estate commission fees
  • A list of the commission fees on the card so that the recipient knows exactly how much it would cost to sell their property with the agent
  • An attention-grabbing design with bright colors and a cartoon-style image mailed out 2,744 postcards using an Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) list that targeted homeowners in the local area. The EDDM mailing list allowed them to save money postage while also covering large residential areas and getting the mailer out to every door on the mailing route. The jumbo-sized postcard also helped the mailer stand out among the stack of mail in mailboxes, encouraging the recipient to notice the advertisement.
