The Situation
Real Estate Broker Anthony Wiench with One Point Realty has been helping California residents buy and sell homes for 28 years. He gains most of his new clients from referrals, but he needed a new way to attract homeowners to his business, so Anthony decided to give direct mail with PostcardMania a try.
The Solution
Anthony started a direct mail campaign in February 2022, planning to send out a total of 10,000 postcards to Tracy, CA residents who own a home valued at $900,000 or more and purchased it between 1997 and 2011.
PostcardMania graphic artists designed a postcard that included the following features:
- A five-star review from a happy client, encouraging the postcard recipient to trust them
- A picture of a beautiful house to attract prospects to consider selling and/or buying a home
- A bright and bold subhead on the back of the card that offers the prospect a competitive listing fee
Since Anthony purchased the Everywhere Small Business package, after his postcard went out, Facebook and Google ads showed up on all of the recipients’ browsers who clicked on his website. These follow-up advertisements helped encourage the prospects to call in and learn more about the listing offer.
PostcardMania also placed a unique phone number on the postcards so that every person who called was tracked and recorded.
The Results
He received 43 responses and converted one response to a listing. The home was sold for $2.3 million!

Forty-three qualified leads responded and said they were interested in listing their home; Anthony converted one of them! The home was sold for $2.3 million.
