Rudy Daunno with Daunno Realty Services was looking for a way to bring in more prospects interested in selling their home, so he reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania customized a 6.25 x 8.5 inch postcard from one of their landscaping templates:

  • A large, bold headline on the front of the card that gets the message across quickly
  • A professional photo of the real estate agent, Rudy, to help personalize the card
  • Contact information in a bright color to help attract more eyes to the phone number
  • A list of benefits of working with them on the back of the card
  • A five-star positive review from a client

Daunno Realty Services mailed a total of 14,560 postcards on a weekly mailing schedule of 560 pieces over the course of a year. They used an Every Door Direct Mail mailing list that targeted homeowners in the local area.

Daunno Realty Services also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business plan that included digital ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The digital ads matched the postcard design so that prospects would recognize Rudy’s business and think again about calling him.

The Google ads were displayed a total of 390,510 times, and the Facebook and Instagram ads were displayed 48,978 times.

The Results

They converted 2 responses and generated $38,000!

As a result, people clicked on Daunno Realty Services’ Google ads 2,680 times, and people clicked on the Facebook/Instagram ads 701 times. They received 2 responses, converted both of them, and generated $38,000 in revenue!

They spent about $6,460 on this campaign, so their return on investment amounts to 488%.
