Kent Rodahaver with Nexthome South Pointe is a real estate agent in St. Petersburg, FL. He needed more clients, so he contacted PostcardMania to start a postcard marketing campaign.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 postcard that included the following features:

  • A five-star review from a happy client.
  • A clear, bold message on the front of the card.
  • An appealing design with attractive photos, including a headshot of the agent Kent, which helps build trust.
  • A bio about Kent on the back of the card, which details his extensive experience in real estate.

Kent mailed out 10,621 postcards to his own list of contacts. The cards were mailed monthly in batches of about 3,500. He also purchased an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included follow-up digital ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

The digital ads performed very well: the Google ads were displayed 499,620 times and clicked on 4,724 times, and the Facebook/Instagram ads were displayed 70,334 times and clicked on 733 times.

As a result, Kent heard back from 29 people and converted all of them, leading to making a total of $580,000.

Since then, Kent has purchased 24,000 more postcards and is mailing them out consistently. His Everywhere Small Business campaign is still active, and he is looking forward to even greater success in the future.
