David Everett is a realtor with Century 21 in the Sevierville, TN area. He wanted to gain more clients, so he reached out to PostcardMania to start a direct mail marketing campaign.

The Solution

David signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that combines mailers with digital advertising.

His 6 x 11 inch postcard included the following features:

  • Two offers for a free comparative market analysis and a free home warranty
  • A professional and friendly photo of David which helps increase trust with the recipient
  • A five-star review from a happy client
  • Photos of homes in the area for sale
  • A list of benefits on the back of the card

David mailed out 20,930 postcards and at the same time his matching digital ads were displayed on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This created an effect to where prospects felt like they were seeing his company’s advertisements everywhere – both in the mailbox and online.

The Google ads made 1,117,701 impressions and 5,906 people clicked on them, and the Facebook/Instagram ads made 137,060 impressions and 5,477 people clicked on them.

David also used his own mailing list and stuck to a monthly mailing schedule that included about 1,700 pieces each time.

The Results

He gained 10 new clients and made $100,000 in revenue!

As a result, 15 people responded and he converted 10 of them to new clients. These 10 real estate deals generated $100,000 in revenue. David spent $17,349 on this integrated marketing campaign, which amounted to a 476% return on investment.
