Pismo Beach, CA has a competitive real estate market since it attracts many people to its beautiful beaches, wineries, and vibrant wildlife. Broker Darrel Kullman needed to boost his marketing tactics to get an edge on his competition and list more homes.

The Solution

Darrel Kullman got his feet wet with mailers and sent out 1,000 6” x 8.5” postcards in March of 2022.
