The Solution

They ran a direct mail campaign with a jumbo 6 x 8.5 inch postcard design, helping it stand out from the rest of recipient’s mail.

  • A large heading that asks a question, bringing the viewer’s attention to the card.
  • Text that reads “serving Lehigh Acres since 1977” giving them credibility.
  • Real pictures of realtors, giving their postcard a more personal feel.

The biggest reason this campaign found success was the targeting of their mailing list. They provided a consumer mailing list that honed in on absentee homeowners and lot owners. Targeting both absentee homeowners and lot owners ensured they covered all sides of their market. The consistency of this campaign also helped aid their success. They’ve mailed out their postcards 3 times every four months. Two of those mailings were to absentee homeowners and then the last mailing was to two lists of lot owners. This last mailing to lot owners had great success!
