The Situation

Gosen Properties is a New York-based real estate brokerage firm in Brooklyn, NY. They wanted to increase their number of listings and annual revenue, so they reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 11 postcard (jumbo-size) that included the following features:

  • Variable data, which is adding the recipient’s first name to the card. This grabs their attention more
  • A QR code that makes it fast and easy for the prospect to visit the real estate company’s website for more information
  • Images of homes that they recently sold to increase trust with the prospect
  • A professional photo of the real estate broker, Emmanuel Victor, to show they are a legitimate company
  • A five-star review from a happy client
  • A list of benefits of working with this real estate broker on the back of the card

Gosen Properties mailed 10,943 cards to their own list of contacts. The mailings were split up into increments of 1,000-1,500 and were mailed twice a month.

The Results

They sold a home for $2 million and made $120,000 in revenue!

Gosen Properties listed one property for $2 million as a result of this campaign. The property sold, making them $120,000 in revenue. Since they invested $12,690, the return on investment amounts to 846%.
