A huge contributor to this campaign’s success was their selected mailing list. They provided a mailing list of homeowners that are more likely to sell their home within the next 12 months, such as those that have been in their home a long time and particular age ranges. They targeted 5 zip codes of are the most densely populated with homeowners in the area. This enhanced targeting helped ensure that every recipient was more likely to be receptive to their messaging,
