The Situation
Marcelo Lara got laid off from his job during the pandemic and needed to secure income, so he decided to give real estate investment a try. He opened his business Paradise Investments in Miami, FL in February of 2021.

Paradise Investments mailed 15,000 postcards to their own list of contacts. Every mailing included 5,000 cards. On average, he would field 10 calls per mailing, so he received 30 responses total.
The Results
They generated $103,891 in revenue!
Out of the responses Marcelo received, he converted 23 of them, which brought in $103,891. With an upfront investment of $5,184, their ROI amounted to 1,904%!
Since starting direct mail, he has generated $796,490 in total revenue for his business and he has been able to use some of that to pay for more marketing. Since this campaign, he has ordered over 70,000 more postcards with PostcardMania.
