The Situation

Braxton Mitchell was running for House District 3 in Columbia Falls, MT and needed a way to let voters know about his political campaign. He reached out to PostcardMania for help getting the word out about the upcoming election through a direct mail marketing plan.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • A short list of the main policies he supports on the front of the card
  • Logo endorsements on the back of the card
  • A QR code that sends prospects to a web page for more information about Braxton

Braxton mailed a total of 1,972 postcards over two mailings a couple months before the election. He also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included matching digital ads on Google and Facebook, helping remind voters about Braxton running in the election.

His Google ads made 245,803 impressions and 1,060 people clicked on them, and his Facebook ads made 16,194 impressions and 1,371 people clicked on them.

The Results

He won the election!

Investing in an integrated marketing campaign that combined digital ads and direct mail really paid off for Braxton because he won the election!
