1 Day Trenchless Sewer Repair offers plumbing services to the community of Melbourne, FL. They needed a better way to advertise their services and bring in more sales, so they came to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:

  • An offer of a free video inspection
  • A list of benefits on both the front and back of the postcard
  • A five-star review that builds trust with the prospect
  • A QR code that leads the recipient to the website for more information

1 Day Trenchless Sewer Repair mailed out 34,052 postcards to a targeted mailing list made up of homeowners making $40,000 or more a year with homes that were built in 1980 or older in the local area.

They also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included follow-up digital ads on Instagram, Facebook, and Google. The free QR code that came with the marketing package also helped direct the postcard recipients to their website so that they could find more information and receive the follow-up ads online.

The Google ads made 46,160 impressions, and the Facebook/Instagram ads made 8,626 impressions.

The Results

They attained 4 new customers and $40,000 in revenue!

Due to the digital ads being displayed on recipients’ computers or mobile devices thousands of times, the Google ad was clicked on 438 times and the Facebook/Instagram ads resulted in 183 clicks.

As a result, 20 people responded to their marketing campaign, and 1 Day Trenchless Sewer Repair converted 4 of them. In total, these conversions brought in about $40,000 because each new customer brings in an average of $10,000.
