Design: A postcard marketing campaign targeting members of the following categories: FHA, VA, those with loans of $200,000 or more, those with loan dates between January 2018 and January 2019, those with a credit score of 620 or higher. The postcard features:

  • Professionally developed graphics including a company logo along with an image of a residential property
  • Large font that attracts the eyes of the reader
  • Persuasive offers to entice potential leads
  • Feedback from a satisfied customer
  • Easy to read contact information

Mailing List: Members of the following categories: FHA, VA, those with loans of $200,000 or more, those with loan dates between January 2018 and January 2019, those with a credit score of 620 or higher

Mailing Schedule: 3,000 4.25” x 6” postcards mailed in three 1,000 count drops

The Results

Since the start of the campaign they have closed two loans that generated a total of $16,000 in sales. That’s a 1,477% ROI!
