The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6” x 8.5” postcard that included the following features:

  • A bright and colorful design with a bold call to action that says, “Get in touch today!”
  • A personal family photo of the loan officer, which makes the company appear more family friendly and personable
  • A list of benefits for choosing their business, including saving money and lowering rates

We mailed 9,404 postcards to homeowners in the Scottsdale, AZ area. The mailing list was provided by the owner Ryan Dwight. The postcards were mailed weekly, and each batch amounted to about 1,200 cards. Pivot Lending’s direct mail campaign lasted roughly 7 weeks.
