The Situation

To Help Everyone (THE) Health and Wellness Centers provides affordable healthcare Los Angeles, CA>. They were looking for a creative way to let families know about their services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

The Solution

They decided on a direct mail marketing campaign bundled with Google, Instagram and Facebook advertising in our Everywhere Small Business package. You can see those advertisements above. As you’ll notice, these ads are all coordinated — that’s to ensure your ads are maximizing the impact they have prospects and actually overcome the ad blindness that so many consumers have built up. THE Health and Wellness Centers’ postcard included:

The primary reason for this campaign’s success was the diversity of their mailing lists. In the densely populated city of LA, they had to target precisely to not waste marketing dollars. They went with a 2 pronged approach, purchasing a consumer list and providing their own list. These lists targeted 2 primary groups: families with less than 4 children present, and households with an income of less than $30,000.  This is the hot spot for their market as an affordable health care provider, families struggling on lower wages.

The consistency of their mailings also contributed to their success. They mailed their postcards on a monthly basis for 3 months, ensuring that each recipient knew of their service when it came time for healthcare.
