Premier Dermatology is located in Aurora, CO. Dr. Agnessa Goodson and her team were looking for ways to let residents know about their new office, so they came to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.
PostcardMania designed a 6” x 11” postcard that included the following features:
- A professional photo of the lead doctor, Agnessa Goodson, giving the postcard a personal touch and increasing trust with the recipient
- A five-star review from a happy patient
- A QR code that sends the recipient to the office’s website for more information
- A list of benefits that distinguishes the practice from other dermatologists in the area
Premier Dermatology chose an Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaign, which mails postcards to every resident on the mailing route. This saved them money on postage, and it also introduced families in their area to a dermatologist close to their home. Every person needs an annual check-up, so EDDM was a perfect choice for this dermatologist.
PostcardMania mailed 22,000 postcards in 2 mailings in March and May of 2022. Since Premier Dermatology also purchased an Everywhere Small Business Package, the mail drops were followed up by digital ads. Every person who visited Premier Dermatology’s website after the mailings would see digital ads in their Facebook, Google, or Instagram feeds.
This marketing strategy retargets prospects and reminds them to think about choosing this particular practice for their medical needs. The jumbo postcard that was sent to their home also gives them the opportunity to review the office’s features multiple times and make an informed decision.
150 people responded and they converted all of them, totaling $22,500 in profit!
One hundred fifty people responded, and they converted all of them to become patients! This resulted in a total of $22,500 in revenue. The QR code on the postcard also resulted in 19 unique scans, while the digital ads were clicked on a total of 346 times.
Premier Dermatology spent $6,628 on this Everywhere Small Business campaign, so their ROI amounts to 239%.
Dr. Goodson and her associates were so pleased with the results that they ordered another 10,320 postcards to send out over the summer. They are looking forward to seeing how many more patients they can bring in from the local community.
