The Situation

Grant’s All Season Care is a landscaping company located in Redkey, Indiana. They needed to increase their clientele, so they contacted PostcardMania for help with their marketing.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that had the following features:

  • Two offers for $50 off a service and 10% off select services over $1,000
  • A QR code that makes it easy for the recipient to scan for more information
  • A large, bold headline that gets their message across quickly
  • A list of benefits on the back of the card and an add for a free quote

Grant’s All Season Care mailed 10,224 postcards to a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted local homeowners. Half of the postcards were mailed in the spring and the rest were mailed in the summer when homeowners typically need lawn care the most.

They also signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included digital ads on Facebook and Google. The digital ads matched the postcard design, which helped increase brand recognition, and the ads also brought the prospect back to the company website for more details.

The Facebook/Instagram ads made 27,793 impressions and the Google ads made 113,186 impressions.

 

The Results

They combined postcards and digital ads, making $28,000 in revenue!

The digital ad campaign resulted in 1,426 clicks on Google and 385 clicks on Facebook.

As a result, Grant’s All Season Care received 20 responses and converted 8 of them. These conversions generated $28,000 in revenue for them and achieved a return on investment of 343%!
