So, our marketing consultants suggested targeting certain mapped areas to ensure postcards were only hitting homes that would be receptive to their messaging. They wanted to skip out on the large plots of farming land in the area, since these individuals likely don’t have much interest in making their land aesthetically pleasing.
Additionally, they also used mailing lists targeting single family home owners and renters. This ensured that all bases were covered and everyone in the rural town that might be receptive to their service was seeing their messaging.
