Cochran Lawn Care is a landscaping contractor located in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. They were looking for a creative way to let nearby residents know about their services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

The Solution

They decided on a direct mail marketing campaign that sent out postcards to specific areas in town. Their design featured pictures of their handiwork, a common feature in previously successful landscaping campaigns.

A huge reason for this campaign’s success was the specificity of their mailing lists. Owens Cross Roads, Alabama is a small town with most of the population concentrated into certain areas.
