Lawn Doctor’s postcard design included a number of successful elements like:

  • A short headline that instantly communicates their offer.
  • A QR code so the viewer can easily access their website.
  • An offer of a free comprehensive lawn care evaluation that expires in 30 days. Creating urgency for the viewer to contact the Lawn Doctor soon.

The Lawn Doctor does smaller, reoccurring campaigns that are sent to a new targeted list each time. Examples of these targeted lists include men and women ages 30-70, homeowners, household income of $100k, and families who own pets.

The Results

$9,500 generated from direct mail marketing

They’ve received over 60 responses, gained 16 new customers and made 30 new sales! These sales generated about $9,500!
