Total Clean Freaks is a cleaning company located in Warrenton, VA. They needed a way to gain more clients interested in their services, so they came to PostcardMania for their marketing needs.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 postcard that included the following features:

  • An offer for $100 off a deep clean with a recurring agreement
  • A clean and sleek design that goes with the theme of the company
  • Three five-star reviews on the back of the card that help increase trust with the prospect
  • A QR code that takes the recipient to the company website for more information
  • A list of benefits that distinguishes them from their competitors

Total Clean Freaks mailed out 6,000 postcards to a consumer list that targeted residences in specific zip codes near their business with home values of at least $450,000 and prospects with incomes of $125,000 a year or more.

They mailed the cards out monthly from June to August of 2022. Not only did they deploy a consistent direct mail marketing campaign to a hyper-targeted mailing list, but they also added on follow-up digital ads through an Everywhere Small Business program.

The digital ads showed up on Google, Facebook, and Instagram after the postcards hit mailboxes and if the prospect scanned the QR code and visited the website.

The Results

They converted 67 of the responses and generated $335,000 in revenue!

As a result, the digital ads performed very well and the Google ads showed up in feeds 200,519 times and received 1,547 clicks, and the Facebook/Instagram ads showed up 12,044 times and resulted in 221 clicks.

Furthermore, the QR code has been scanned 13 times since the mailings went out, and Total Clean Freaks have received 24 tracked phone calls.

They received a total of 96 responses and converted 67 of them to new clients. Each new client is worth $5,000 in revenue per year, so these 67 new customers are poised to bring in $335,000 over the course of a year!

Since Total Clean Freaks only spent $4,460 on this campaign, and they anticipate making $335,000, their ROI totals an impressive 7,411%.
