The Situation

The Results

He generated $10,000 in revenue and changed his part-time employee to full-time!

As a result, he gained 20 new customers. The average lifetime value of a customer could range from $250 to $10,000 depending on the service and size of chimney. He generated about $10,000 from this campaign and achieved an ROI of 250%.

Colin believes his direct mail campaign was so successful because of how targeted the mailings were to local residents who have chimneys and the income to pay for services. He also feels the consistency of mailing to the same people 3 months in a row paid off.

Now he has been able to purchase more equipment for his business and his part-time employee went full-time.
