360 Inspection Services is a home inspection company located in Chapel Hill, NC. They were looking for a way to remind homeowners to take advantage of their one-year builder’s warranty and schedule an inspection with them, so they contacted PostcardMania for marketing help.
The Solution
PostcardMania created a 4.25 x 6 inches postcard design that included the following features:
- A QR code on the back of the card that brings the prospect to a web page where they can learn more and make an appointment
- An offer to save $50 via an offer code listed on the card
- A large, bold headline on the front of the card that quickly communicates their message
- Three different ways to contact them
360 Inspection Services mailed 3,660 postcards to their own list of prospects who recently purchased a newly-built home. The card encouraged the prospects to take advantage of their home warranty benefits and schedule a comprehensive home inspection with them to ensure there were no issues with the home and make repairs if needed.
They mailed the cards in batches of about 600-1,000 pieces at a time on a weekly mailing schedule.
The Results
They generated 19 responses, 10 conversions, and $45,000 in revenue!
As a result, 19 people responded and they converted 10 of them. Typically, their customers are one-time purchasers, and each job brings in about $4,500. So this direct mail campaign brought in $45,000 in revenue.
360 Inspection Services spent $2,002 on their campaign, so their return on investment amounted to an impressive 2,147%!
