Williamson Farmer’s Market

The Situation

Williamson Farmer’s Market is an outdoor seasonal market that promotes local growers and local produce in Williamson, West Virginia. They wanted customers to know they’re open, so they called PostcardMania to help spread the word about their hours of operation.

The Solution

Design: The flyer design included:

• Clean copy and bright images, gaining the reader’s attention and informing them of their hours of operation.
• A mention of promoting local food and local people, encouraging the recipient to support the community.
• A note about the Mobile Market, including those who can’t make it to the market.

Mailing List: The postcards were sent to all residents in their county and two surrounding counties.

They bulk mailed 24,000 postcards to residents in Mingo County, West Virginia, plus two surrounding counties.
