The Situation

Antoinette Elliott started her own daycare academy business, All Our Children Elite Childcare Academy, in Stonecrest, GA. She opened her business in February of 2022. Initially, they did not have a clear marketing strategy and tried business cards and flyers. Since they were not getting good results on their own, they decided to contact a professional for help. The Solution

Their postcard included the following features:

  • A QR code that sends the target to their website
  • A convenient map on the back of the card so the recipient can find their business
  • A five-star review from a happy client
  • An offer for one week free of services

PostcardMania mailed 4,000 postcards to families with children up to to 10 years old in the home within a 5-mile radius of the business and small businesses located in specific zip codes. PostcardMania also shipped 4,000 postcards to them so they could distribute them on their own in the local community. Their postcard was also mailed daily to any website visitors.

The Results

They enrolled more children in their daycare academy and increased their hours!

As a result, Antoinette enrolled 3 new children at her daycare academy. Since each child can generate up to $14,000, she has the potential of generating $42,900 in annual revenue.

Antoinette also decided as a result of her new marketing plans to expand her hours so that more families could have access to her services. She also recently ordered 161,000 postcards to keep her mailings consistent and to generate more leads.

If you go to check an email, we may pop up. We are literally everywhere, between the socials, the commercials, it’s everywhere.”
