The Situation

Sunbrite Dental had the long-term goal of expanding their practice to become one of Las Vegas’s most prominent dental practices. Initially, they came to PostcardMania in 2010 to run a direct mail marketing campaign to accomplish this goal. The campaign produced decent results, but against our advisement to reorder (since consistent mailings over a longer span of time will generate more substantial results) they did not. After 6 unsuccessful years of marketing in other channels, they returned to PostcardMania to try our services again.

The Solution

This time around,  Our marketing experts worked with them to create PostcardMania’s multi-channel marketing campaign know as the Everywhere Small Business product that featured beautifully designed postcards along with matching Google, Facebook and Instagram ads to position their brand in front of residents in a radius around their practice.

Their campaign has delivered results because:

• The front of the card features a picture of a beautiful family, all with perfect smiles. The next most prominent feature is exclusive offers prompting to call within the next 30 days, creating urgency.
• Both the front and back feature copy that describes the passion of the dentist, their services provided, and testimonials, establishing credibility.
• Matching ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram resulted in their practice being displayed to a targeted area of people surrounding their business almost 3 million times!
• With Sunbrite Dental’s target audience having repeated exposure to their business from both mailers and online ads, the results were exponential!
