The Situation

Bright Star Dental is a general dental office located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. They were looking for a creative way to let nearby residents know about their services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

The Solution

They decided on a direct mail marketing campaign bundled with Google, Instagram and Facebook advertising in our Everywhere Small Business package. You can see those advertisements above. As you’ll notice, these ads are all coordinated — that’s to ensure your ads are maximizing the impact they have prospects and actually overcome the ad blindness that so many consumers have built up. The biggest contributor to this campaign’s success was the consistency of their mailings. They mailed out 60,000 postcards over 5 mailings on a monthly basis. This consistency ensures that every recipient keeps their practice in the back of their mind when they need dental services.

Their mailing lists were also major success factors. They used a consumer list and provided their own, offering a diverse range of prospects. They primarily targeted homes within a 5 mile radius of their location and high value homes within 10 miles. These mailing lists ensured that every recipient is receptive to their messaging being close by and able to afford their services.
