Gulf Cove Dental is a dental office located in Port Charlotte, FL. They were looking for a creative way to let nearby residents know about their services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

The Solution

They decided on a postcard campaign that targeted both new and active patients. It featured photos of a couple and senior with beautiful smiles, a common feature in our previous successful dental direct mail campaigns.

  • Their service’s benefit as a headline
  • A new patient special discount on their service
  • A bulleted list of all of the services offered

Because Gulf Coast Dental provides dental services, they wanted to target all nearby residents. So, their mailing lists targeted a combination of new consumers and active patients to generate the most impact.

They gained approximately 90-120 new patients!

Gulf Cove Dental averaged about 30-40 new patients a month!! This was a 3 month campaign, so approximately 90-120 patients were gained in total!
