The Situation
Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics is a dental practice that has multiple office locations in the Davidson, North Carolina area. They wanted to keep expanding and bring in new patients, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with their marketing.
The Solution
PostcardMania designed a jumbo-sized postcard (6 x 11 inches) that announced the grand opening of their new location in Huntersville, NC. The postcard design included the following features:
- Professional and friendly photos of two doctors at the new location
- QR codes that when scanned go to a web page where the recipient can easily book an appointment
- Offers for a free smile assessment, in-house financing, and $1,200 off a treatment for Invisalign or braces
- A list of dental services offered on the back of the card
- A map of the new office so that the prospect can quickly locate it
In total, they mailed 21,141 postcards to advertise their various office locations, with 7,662 of those postcards advertising the new Huntersville, NC practice. All of their mailings used an Every Door Direct Mail mailing list that targeted residents who live near the office locations.
The Results
They generated $375,000 in revenue!
As a result, 150 people responded, and Zammitti & Gidaly Orthodontics converted 75 of them. These new patients brought in $375,000 in revenue! Since they spent $6,995 on this campaign, their return on investment amounts to 5,261%!
