The Solution

Their direct mail campaign delivered results because:

  • The front of the postcard features a personal letter from the dentist welcoming them to the neighborhood, establishing a personal connection. They follow this welcoming theme with an “All ages welcome” headline across the bottom. They then offer the new mover a discounted new patient service, tempting them further to come check it out.
  • The back of the card reinforces their welcoming-themed postcard, and lists the various amenities that make going to their office as comfortable as possible.
  • The consistency of Parmer Oaks Dental Care’s mailings were bound to work, consistently hitting every new mover in their area over the past year. Since May 2019, 73 new movers have become patients!
